
Edward ‘Ned’ Trodden was a hairdresser who owned his shop at 58 Falls Road. He was a founder member of the Peter O’Neill Crowley GAC, which had formed part of the early Fianna. He joined the IRB in his early life and remained a member of the Irish Volunteers/IRA. He was given a Military Funeral by the IRA
